6. Product Availability

UMP-US does not accept backorders or preorders.

Products are offered for purchase only when our inventory records indicate that stock is available.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information. However, occasional inventory discrepancies, errors, or unexpected circumstances may prevent fulfillment.

Some products are offered both individually and as part of bundles or sets. Inventory may be allocated separately between individual products and bundles.

As a result, an individual product may appear unavailable even when inventory has been reserved for a bundle.

Customers interested in an unavailable individual product may contact store@bigfatreddog.com to inquire about availability.

We may, at our discretion, make inventory reserved for bundles available for individual purchase. Availability is not guaranteed.

If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will notify the customer promptly and issue a refund for the unavailable item, including any applicable shipping charges attributable to that item.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or change availability without prior notice, subject to our obligations concerning accepted orders.

All order fulfillment, cancellation, and refund practices will comply with applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

UMP-US is a small, independently operated scale-modeling retailer. While we work to fulfill orders promptly, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping methods, charges, and available delivery services are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will comply with applicable requirements concerning shipping representations, delays, cancellations, and refunds, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment, where permitted by law.

Certain products, including paints, aerosols, solvents, adhesives, and other regulated materials, may be subject to shipping restrictions.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping methods or destinations when necessary to comply with carrier requirements and applicable regulations.

UMP-US currently ships only to United States destinations supported during checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our standard discretionary return period is 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in that policy.

All returns require prior authorization through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact store@bigfatreddog.com as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters fulfillment or ships.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, except as required by applicable law.

Orders that have already shipped may qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

10. Product Safety and Proper Use

Scale-modeling is a specialized hobby involving products that may require tools, chemicals, ventilation, protective equipment, and careful handling.

Some products sold through UMP-US may contain:

The Ultimate Modelling Products name, logo, trademarks, and associated brand imagery are the property of Ultimate Modelling Products Ltd., United Kingdom, and are used by Big Fat Red Dog LLC with authorization.

UMP-US is a United States online retail store independently owned and operated by Big Fat Red Dog LLC.

The use of Ultimate Modelling Products branding does not imply that Big Fat Red Dog LLC and Ultimate Modelling Products Ltd. are the same legal entity.

All rights to the Ultimate Modelling Products trademarks and associated branding remain with their respective rights holders.
