Just dip the tracks in the liquid for a few minutes and the metal will begin to appear dark and rusty, easily and effortlessly. You can vary the effect using different dilutions and lengths of time in the solution as well as different types of agitation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.umpretail.com\/pages\/tutorials\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA full video tutorial can be found here...\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eINSTRUCTIONS FOR USE......\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003eEnsure the tracks are fully cleaned and degreased using water \u0026amp; washing up liquid and then dried thoroughly.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWearing protective gloves\u003c\/strong\u003e, pour the Ultimate Burnishing Liquid into a plastic container large enough to fully immerse the tracks\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003eAdd 100ml - 125ml of plain tap water (you can use the now empty UMP Burnishing Liquid bottle for this) and mix thoroughly.\u003c\/span\u003e \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003eImmerse track links in the solution, making sure they are fully covered.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003eMove the tracks around to ensure all areas are treated and agitate using a stiff brush (a toothbrush is good for this) to ensure the fluid reaches the inner parts of the tracks.  Don't forget to treat spare track links too.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 1.4;\"\u003eIf treating the links when unassembled, use two separate smaller containers with sealed lids. Add half a bottle of burnishing liquid and 50ml of water to each tub.
